Every applicant undergoes a preliminary phone interview to assess their location, employment/education history, and motivations for seeking a new role. This step ensures we only move forward with qualified candidates who align with your needs.
Applicants complete online assessments tailored to the positions they’re pursuing. Our extensive library includes hundreds of tests for Medical, Clerical, Accounting, and Finance roles. Detailed results and statistical comparisons are available upon request.
Our recruiters meet personally with each candidate to:
Review resumes and verify training, education, skills, and experience.
Use advanced interviewing techniques (behavioral, factorial, and situational) to assess career focus, availability, and cultural fit.
Evaluate soft skills and ensure alignment with your organization’s values.
After the interview, candidates complete required documentation, including NDAs, I-9s, W-4s, safety orientations, and authorizations for background checks or drug screenings.
